You don't need ten steps and a bathroom full of jars to keep your skin looking young. You need a few good habits and the right products. Here's a routine that takes about five minutes a day.

Morning (2 minutes)

  1. Cleanse with a gentle face wash. No harsh scrubs.

  2. Serum: a few drops of Nitro Bloom Rejuvenation Face Serum. It gives your skin a fresh, rested, plump look for the whole day.

  3. Moisturize with Nitro Bloom Face Cream to lock in hydration.

  4. Sunscreen, always. Sun is the number one reason skin looks older than it should.

On the go? Keep the N.O. Lumina Cream Stick in your bag for a quick glow anytime.

Evening (3 minutes)

  1. Cleanse to remove makeup, sunscreen and the day.

  2. Serum + cream again. Night is when your skin rests, so give it rich care.

  3. Hands and nails: a drop of Nitro Silk Nail Serum on your cuticles.

  4. Feet: a little N.O. Lumina Foot Cream before bed, and you'll wake up to soft heels.

Why nitric oxide?

Your body makes nitric oxide every day to keep skin fresh and full of life. With age and stress, it makes less. Most "nitric oxide" creams only give your skin L-arginine, a raw material it has to convert by itself. Fulgur gives your skin real, ready-made nitric oxide, captured with our plasma technology.

Small habits, big difference

  • Drink water. Hydrated body, hydrated skin.

  • Sleep 7 to 8 hours. It shows on your face the next morning.

  • Eat colorful food: berries, greens, nuts.

  • Don't smoke and go easy on alcohol.

  • Be patient. Most people see softer, brighter skin in a week and smoother skin in 3 to 4 weeks.
